Victor Ndlhovu is the founder of VICS. He holds BCompt and LLB from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
Victor has been in the financial services sector for more than 10 years and he is an accredited member of the Compliance Institute of South Africa (CISA) and FSB approved Compliance Officer. He has worked as an articled clerk at Price Water House Coopers (PWC) in Johannesburg doing audits on Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) Managers, Insurance companies, banks and brokers. After doing his articles at PWC, he joined Absa Trustees (Investor Services) in Johannesburg as an Investment Accountant and Specialist, doing fund accounting and compliance. After spending four and half years at Absa, Victor joined the Financial Services Board (FSB) as an Analyst in the CIS Department where he worked on compliance and supervision for CIS Managers. He later moved to Cape Town to join Sanlam Multi Managers International in the role of Compliance Officer, conducting compliance monitoring for the Manco and FSP CAT I, II, IIA and III entities within the Sanlam group.
Due to his passion for compliance in the financial services sector, Victor decided to launch his own compliance and consulting practice and thereby VICS came to fruition.
