VICS assists with handling and submitting various application to the Regulators (i.e FSB, FICA, CIPC, ASISA, SARB, Competition Commission, etc).
Registration, Removal and Debarment
We are equipped to deal with Registration, Removal and Debarment of Key Individuals and Representatives for the FSP.

Handling due diligence applications on foreign CIS (Section 65 application) to the FSB and the Trustees.

VICS is highly skilled at developing Risk Management Plans (RMPs) for CIS Managers (Mancos), Assets Managers (FSP’s), Pension fund administrators (13 b license), Insurance companies etc.
Drafting Deeds
Drafting and amending CIS deeds and supplemental deeds ensuring that requirements are met by the various institutions.
Interpretation of Statutes
Interpreting statutes is key to an organisation’s compliance. VICS will ensure you are kept up to date on existing and new statues (ie. Board Notices, Circulars etc).
Hedge Fund Compliance
VICS assists Hedge Fund Managers in drafting agreements in line with the provisions of the statutes, ensuring that the structured products meet the regulatory requirements.
Planning, Monitoring and Review
Compliance planning, monitoring and review of Service Level Agreements (SLA), Investment Mandates, etc is handled at VICS.
Liaison and FICA training
We will interact and liaise with the relevant Regulators on your behalf . VICS also offers training of staff and key individuals to ensure the General Code of Conduct regulated by the FSB is adhered to.
